Prohibited conduct and content

• Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or sexually abusive activity or content.
• Infringing another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
• Automated registration, quota evasion, scraping restricted areas, reverse engineering, vulnerability probing, or unreasonable load on the Services.
• Impersonation, misrepresentation of AI output as verified fact, or use in high-impact decisions without appropriate human review and lawful safeguards.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to investigate or address a violation, protect users or the Services, or comply with law. We may preserve relevant records where legally permitted or required.
