Copyright infringement claims

Writqo, Inc. respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice. This page does not state that we have registered a designated DMCA agent.

Copyright notice

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Counter-notice

A counter-notice should identify removed material and its former location, state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and include your signature, contact information, consent to the appropriate United States federal court, and acceptance of service from the complainant.
