Cancellation policy

Last Updated on August 10, 2026

You can cancel a paid subscription through the account billing controls before the next renewal. If account controls are unavailable, contact Support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features normally continues through the already-paid period unless checkout or law requires a different result.

Before you cancel

  • Export any drafts or files you want to keep.
  • Review the renewal date and the features that will become unavailable.
  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete the account or workspace content.

Account deletion

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. A verified deletion request makes account content inaccessible and starts deletion from active systems, subject to legal exceptions and backup cycles described in the Privacy Policy.

Charges and refunds

Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
