Protecting customer writing and account information is an ongoing responsibility. We use safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information and the risks of an online writing service.

Safeguards

• Encryption in transit using TLS and access controls for production systems.
• Least-privilege access, authentication controls, logging, monitoring, backups, and dependency maintenance.
• Service-provider review and contractual protections appropriate to the processing performed.
• Incident investigation and notification when required by applicable law.

AI and workspace data

Only the content and context reasonably needed for a requested AI feature is sent for processing. Authentication credentials and full payment-card details are not included in AI prompts. No security measure or provider can guarantee absolute security.

Report a vulnerability

Email [email protected] with reproducible details. Do not access, alter, retain, or disclose another user’s data; disrupt the Services; use social engineering; or demand payment through threats. We will review good-faith reports and respond when appropriate.
